Mental Health Trauma, Grief & Emotional Support: A Safe Space to Feel and Heal  Process trauma, grief and big emotions 1 on 1 with a trained peer who understands. ​What you've been through isn't your fault. How you heal is your choice. This session is for the nights and days when the weight of what you’ve been through feels like too much to carry alone. Trauma, Grief & Emotional Support gives you a calm, judgment‑free space to talk about loss, violence, heartbreak, or long‑ago experiences that still hurt today. A trained peer who “gets it” sits with you, helps you name what you’re feeling, and works with you to find practical ways to cope, ground and move forward at your own pace.
