Health & Wellness Check-In Your body and health matter. Let's take care of them. Whether you're worried about your physical health, sexual health, managing a chronic illness, or just want to reset and take better care of yourself, we're here to help you understand what's going on and get the care you need. Physical Health Check-In Full wellness screening – We ask about your whole body: heart, lungs, digestion, pain, energy, sleep. Chronic disease management – If you have diabetes, high blood pressure, asthma, or other ongoing conditions, we help you stay on top of them. Finding a doctor who gets you – We know clinics that don't judge, that treat unhoused people with dignity, that take Medi-Cal. Understanding your insurance – Medi-Cal, Medicare, private insurance—we help you figure out what you have and what it covers. Disability & benefits navigation – If you're dealing with a long-term illness or disability, we help you access SSDI, SSI, and other support. Sexual Health & Safety STI testing and prevention – Confidential, no shame. We want you to stay healthy and safe. Reproductive health information – Birth control options, pregnancy support, postpartum care. Consent and relationship safety – We talk about what healthy relationships look like and where to get help if you're in danger. LGBTQ+ affirming care – We work with providers who see and respect your whole identity. Mental Health & Wellness Stress management – Real tools for when your nervous system is fried. Sleep support – Help figuring out why you can't sleep and what actually helps. Anxiety & overwhelm – Techniques that work, not just advice. Substance use & harm reduction – If you're using, we help you do it as safely as possible. If you want to stop, we support that too. Self-Care Reset Sometimes you just need permission to take care of yourself. We help you: Figure out what actually relaxes you (not what you think should relax you) Build small habits that make a real difference Get back in your body after trauma or stress Why This Matters Your health isn't a luxury. It's the foundation for everything else—work, relationships, recovery, hope. When you feel better physically, everything gets a little easier. We don't guilt you or lecture you. We help you take the next small step toward feeling better.
