CLEAR CUT PRICING – NO HIDDEN FEES
LANDSCAPING & YARD MAINTENANCE
• Lawn Mowing & Edging: Starting at $45 per visit (up to ¼ acre) • Basic Yard Cleanup: $60 per hour (2-person crew) • Weed Abatement: $80 flat rate (up to 500 sq ft) • Hedge & Shrub Trimming: $50 per hour • Gutter Cleaning: $95 flat (single-story, up to 150 ft) • Mulch or Rock Installation: $95 per cubic yard installed | $65 materials only • Seasonal Flower Planting: $25 per plant installed | $15 per sq ft
EXTERIOR MAINTENANCE
• Power Washing: $120 flat (up to 400 sq ft) • Fence/Deck Staining: $2.50 per sq ft • Window Washing: $65 flat (up to 15 windows) • Junk Removal: $120 flat (up to ¼ ton) • Hauling/Moving: $65 per hour (2-person crew) • Storage Unit Cleanout: $180 flat rate (standard unit) | $65 per hour (oversized)
